[www.inewsguyana.com] – As the various election campaigns start to heat up, Leader of A Partnership for National Unity (APNU), David Granger is again warning the governing People’s Progressive Party to stay away from “vile propaganda.”
At a press conference on Friday, January 23, the Opposition Leader made reference to the circulation of posters in certain interior location and on social media, comparing him to German politician and the leader of the Nazi Party, Adolf Hitler and the late President of Iraq, Saddam Hussein.
Granger warned that his supporters may become angry and security forces may not be able to restrain them.
On January 02, he had questioned which political party would “stoop so low” to produce such fiction. There are numerous other flyers being posted on social media bashing the Opposition Leader, accusing him of being responsible for a number of crimes in Guyana.
Mr Granger, restrain yourself and any would be thugs.
We just had terrorists shoot up owners of a magazine in France for just drawing cartoons.
You are a politician, show tolerance.
The lawless PPP have been doing everything to anger the ppl of Guyana, they are breaking all the laws doing what they feel like, they have raped every finance project, you start shaking in you pants with just a little warning,,thats the only kind of action you CREAPS understand, violent actions,,and please go and find the meaning of a word you ticks have sucked out of Guyana DEMOCRACY ,dont be scared all of you got big guns,,,but remember a lot of guns get take away from you fools,
DOES MR GRANGER HAVE CONCRETE EVIDENCE TO PROVE THAT THOSE FLYERS WERE DESIGNED, PRINTED, POSTED OR DISTRIBUTED BY THE PPP? MR GRANGER ”warned that his supporters may become angry and security forces may not be able to restrain them” is a sign of a desperate looser who will stop at nothing to create mayhem in the streets of Georgetown in the first place and elsewhere later. The PNC have a well documented history of this sort of behaviour. He is sounding an early warning. GUYANESE, BEWARE OF GRANGER, HE COULD BE A DANGER INDEED TO DEMOCRACY
