[www.inewsguyana.com] – Police say they have seized an unlicensed .32 Taurus pistol along with 11 rounds of matching ammunition while an accident investigation was being undertaken.
According to a statement from the police, the discovery was made during investigations into a serious accident that occurred at approximately 00:45hrs today (Thursday April 2, 2015,) at Strathspey, East Coast Demerara.
Police say two men and a woman who were occupants of the vehicle at the time, received injuries as a result of the accident and have been admitted to hospital. The investigations are continuing.
