Pensioner charged with Threatening Language released on bail

[] – A 70 – year – old Welder of North Road Bourda, Georgetown, was today placed on $20,000 bail after pleaded not guilty to four counts threatening language.

Before Magistrate Ann McLennan, Ganga Krishna denied that on November 25 at Georgetown, he made use of threatening language to Naresh Singh, John Findandi, Lakeram Visram and Andrew Gilbert, where a breach of the peace may be occasioned.

Police Prosecutor Dinero Jones did not revealed the particulars of the charge. The unrepresented man was bonded to keep the peace pending the outcome of the matter and will make his next court appearance before Magistrate Geeta Chandan-Edmond on January 12, 2015.
