[www.inewsguyana.com] – Pedestrian, Simon Bachu, was this morning fatally struck by a motor vehicle at Wallers Delight Squatting Area, West Coast Demerara.
Police Investigations revealed that Bachu ran over the road and was struck down by the motor vehicle in the process. He was taken to the West Demerara Regional Hospital, where he was pronounced dead on arrival.
The driver is in police custody assisting with the investigations.
