The total positive Covid-19 cases recorded in Guyana to date increased to 22,234 following the detection of 53 new cases within the last 24 hours.
There are nine persons in the ICU, 68 in institutional isolation, 854 in home isolation, and one in institutional quarantine.
The death toll remains 530 while the recoveries stand at 20,773.
