One gram of cocaine lands man in Prison

Terrence Chewoo of Norton Street Georgetown was remanded to prison when he appeared before Magistrate Judy Latchman for having 1 gram of cocaine in his possession for the purpose of trafficking.

The allegations state that on July 13 in Georgetown the accused had a substance in his pants pocket suspected to be cocaine. Police prosecutor Vishnu Hunte objected to bail, and Chewoo was remanded until July 30. [Royan Abrams]
