[www.inewsguyana.com] – Newspaper vendor Warren Accra, 47 years, of Golden Grove, East Bank Demerara, was on Robb Street, Georgetown, when he was attacked by a man who was armed with a handgun on Sunday morning (February 01).
According to a police report, the perpetrator shot Accra to his chest and took away an undisclosed sum of cash and escaped. The vendor has been admitted to hospital and police investigations continue.
