[www.inewsguyana.com] – Investigations are being conducted into the death of Augustine Samuels, 52 years, of Aracru, North West District, which occurred at about 19:30h. last night Wednesday December 31, 2014, at Aracru.
Investigations so far have revealed that Augustine Samuels and another man, who is the suspect in this matter, were imbibing at a shop when the suspect became involved in an issue with the owner of the shop.
The owner of the shop managed to escape, whereupon the suspect attacked Augustine Samuels and stabbed him about his body. Samuels was pronounced dead on arrival at the Mabaruma Hospital. The suspect has not yet been arrested.
