John Hudson at the Georgetown Magistrate’s Court. [iNews’ Photo][www.inewsguyana.com] – Thirty – six – year old John Hudson appeared before Magistrate Fabayo Azore charged with assault causing actual bodily harm. Hudson of Campbellville, Georgetown pleaded not guilty to the charge which stated that on October 26 at Austin Street Georgetown he assaulted Christopher Charles.
The Court heard that the accused and complainant had a misunderstanding and as a result the accused dealt the complainant a lash to his head with a wood. After hearing the case, the Magistrate placed John Hutson on $35,000 bail and he is to return to court on November 05. [Royan Abrams]
