[www.inewsguyana.com] – A man was this morning (Monday April, 13) found dead in front of the Public Health Institute, of the Georgetown Public Hospital at Thomas Street, at around 5:30AM.
According to persons in the area, the man is believed to be Delly Payne, since an x-ray result was found next to his body with that name.
The man reportedly left the hospital and was heading down Thomas Street when he collapsed and died on the spot, reports indicate.(By Tracey Khan-Drakes)
