Denhart pleaded not guilty to the charge which alleged that on September 15 at High Street, Kingston Georgetown being armed with a knife he robbed Ryan Harry of $15,000 in cash.

Police Prosecutor, Michael Grant told the Court that on the day in question around 04:00 hrs, the virtual complainant (VC) was walking along High Street when the defendant, who was in the company of others approached him, placed the knife to his neck and demanded money.

The matter was reported to the Brickdam Police Station and acting on information, the police went to London Street where the defendant was identified and arrested.
