Giftland throws support behind Road to Mecca II

[www.inewsguyana.com] – Giftland OfficeMax has come forward as one of the first companies to throw sponsorship behind the Road to Mecca II, National Basketball Club Championships set to start on Sunday, February 15.

Giftland on Tuesday handed over balls and other paraphernalia that will be used during the tournament at a simple handing over ceremony held at the store’s main branch on Water Street.

Marketing Assistant at Giftland OfficeMax, Breeanka West pointed out the Company’s excellent track record of support for sport, highlighting that the support of the tournament is just part of the company’s aim to develop sport.

Guyana Amateur Basketball Federation (GABF) Vice-President, Michael Singh collected the items noting that the event could not be successful without the support of companies like Giftland.
