Jamal Bacchus appeared before Chief Magistrate Priya Sewnarine – Beharry and was not required to plead to the capital offence. It is alleged that on February 04 at Access Road, Cheddi Jagan International Airport, Timehri, East Bank Demerara, he murdered Dhanshana Ram.
Police Prosecutor Micheal Grant did not reveal the Prosecution’s facts. The accused was represented by Attorney-at-Law, Nigel Hughes. The matter was adjourned to February 26.
