Deonaine’s figures of 5-24 helped the Jaguars to rip through the batting line up of the Windward Islands as they fell for 184 after starting the day on 63-2, chasing Guyana’s first innings score of 291.
Captain, Liam Sebastien top scored for the visitors with 54 off 130 deliveries. Linden James and Devon Smith had 29 runs each.
At the end of the day’s play, Guyana was 133-5 with Shivnarine Chanderpaul unbeaten on 31 while Raymond Reifer was on four.
Mervin Mathew, at stumps had figures of 3-25, while left-arm spinner Alston Bobb grabbed 2-29.
