[www.inewsguyana.com] – The partly decomposed remains of Alex Sobers of West La Penitence, Georgetown was late last evening discovered in a trench in the community.
The discovery was made at approximately 22:30hrs and iNews understands that Sobers was reported missing on Saturday, December 13 by his relatives who described him as an “epileptic case.”
Residents found the remains following the unbearable stench from the trench and subsequently decided to investigate. Persons believe that Sobers might have suffered a seizure and fell into the trench sometime on Saturday.
The police were informed and information suggests that Sobers’ body bore no marks of violence. [Leroy Smith]
