[www.inewsguyana.com] – The police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of 50 – year – old Outar Ramphal of Princetown, Corriverton, which occurred at about 23: 00 hrs last night, Sunday November 30.
Police investigations so far have revealed that four men, three of whom were armed with firearms, entered the house occupied by Phamphattie Ramphal, 74 years, and Outar Ramphal, during which the victims were assaulted.
They were taken to the Skeldon Hospital where Outar Ramphal was pronounced dead on arrival, while the woman was admitted.
The house was found ransacked, but nothing was reported to have been taken away so far. Investigations are continuing.
