[www.inewsguyana.com] – At about 00:05hrs this morning (Tuesday December 24) a 45 – year – old businessman of Wisroc, Linden, was attacked and robbed by a man armed with a shotgun in front of his home.
According to reports during the incident the businessman who was identified as Rex Holder fought back with the thief and was shot and injured to his left hand and thigh.
The man then took away his Jewellery and escaped. Holder has been admitted to the Mackenzie Hospital.
Investigations are in progress.
