Police have confirmed that fugitive, Kendall Skeete was recaptured at around 11:15hrs by officers in Wisroc Housing Scheme, Linden on Wednesday.
He was one of thirteen men who escaped from the Lusignan Prison, holding area, on Sunday last, through a hole which was dug beneath the prison walls.
Thus far, eight of the escapees have been recaptured. Nine more are still on the run- including the four who escaped during the July 9, Camp Street unrest and conflagration.
The remaining wanted inmates have been identified as Clive Forde, Shawn Harris, Kerry Cromwell, Pascal Smith,Paul Goriah, Mark Durant Williams, Uree Varswyck, Stafrei Hopkinson Alexander, and Cobena Stephens.
