The Guyana Police Force moments ago announced that Althea Padmore will be the acting Head of the Special Organised Crime Unit (SOCU). The Police however, did not gave details about her credentials.
She will act in the capacity since its current head, Sydney James is currently under investigations with respect to financial irregularities at agency.
