Ranks of Police ‘A’ Division acting on information received about 13:00 hrs Saturday, responded promptly and arrested a mason at Albouys Street, Albouystown, with an unlicensed .32 pistol, two magazines, seventeen live rounds of ammunition and eighty two grams of cannabis.
The 40-year-old suspect on seeing the ranks, immediately dropped a bag containing the illegal items and attempted to scale a fence but was quickly apprehended. He is being processed for court.
