Albouystown man charged with unlawful wounding


court[] – Twenty – three – year old Devon Ross, of Albouystown was placed on $75,000 bail when he appeared in the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court to answer an unlawful wounding charge before Chief Magistrate Priya Beharry.

Ross pleaded not guilty to the charge which alleged that on July 12 at Durban Street Georgetown, he unlawfully and maliciously wounded Sherwin Davis.

Ross was represented by Attorney – at – Law, George Thomas who made an application for reasonable bail for his client. Ross will make his next court appearance on August 4 where he will collect his statements and return for the commencement of his trial.
