The facts of the case state that on May 06, 2015 at West Ruimveldt, Georgetown being in possession of a gun, he robbed Shafeek Mohamed of one cellular phone and $39,000 cash.
He had pleaded not guilty to the offense. Magistrate Latchman in her final ruling, said that the virtual complainant during his testimony revealed that he saw the face of his attacker through his rearview mirror in his car, while he was being robbed at gun point.
