[www.inewsguyana.com] – Another woman has been murdered by the hands of her spouse.
Police say they are conducting investigations into the murder of 19 – year – old Sheniza Mohamed of Edinburgh, East Bank Berbice which occurred at about 19:00 hours last night in a restaurant at Rosignol, West Bank Berbice.
Investigations revealed that Mohamed was involved in an argument with a man with whom she is reported to have ended a relationship and during which she was stabbed about her body.
She was admitted to the New Amsterdam Hospital where she later succumbed.
The suspect has been arrested and is in police custody assisting with the investigations.
