[www.inewsguyana.com] – USA based Guyanese Brenessa Thompson is having a great start to her 2015 season.
The high school athlete is America’s fastest indoor sprinter over the 55m distance with a USA leading time of 6.95s.
Thompson who has represented Guyana at World Juniors as well as the Carifta games is aiming to qualify for next year’s Olympics according to her father Brenon Thompson.
In addition, Thompson’s aim is to clock 11.24s according to her father in an effort to make the world champions qualifying mark as well as the Olympics.
