Police Prosecutor Dinero Jones did not relate to the Court the details surrounding the offence.

The Prosecutor objected to bail stating that the defendant gave the Police conflicting home addresses and may pose a flight risk. He also opposed the pretrial liberty citing the nature and gravity of the charge.

Bail was refused and the case was adjourned to May 9.
