Garraway pleaded guilty to the charge on Wednesday, March 5 during his appearance at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court. The particulars of the case stated that on Monday, March 3 at Water Street, he deposited waste.
Garraway begged the Magistrate to place him on community services, stating that he is a poor man and cannot afford a fine.
