Litter Bug ordered to do 50 hours of community service

[www.inewsguyana.com] – Litter bug Leon Garraway was ordered by Magistrate Geeta Chandan-Edmond to perform 50 hours of community services.

GarrawayGarraway pleaded guilty to the charge on Wednesday, March 5 during his appearance at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court. The particulars of the case stated that on Monday, March 3 at Water Street, he deposited waste.

Garraway begged the Magistrate to place him on community services, stating that he is a poor man and cannot afford a fine.
