The J3 and K, G1 and Lower, Two-year-old Guyana and West Indies bred and J1 and Lower races will run at a distance of six furlongs. The winning purses for those four races are $150,000, $400,000, $400,000 and $200,000 respectively.

The race is being conducted under the rules of the Guyana Horse Racing Authority (GHRA).
