[www.inewsguyana.com] – The Guyana Golden Jaguars won their second consecutive international friendly on Sunday, March 29 at the Guyana National Stadium, Providence.

Guyana came out in full attack mode from the get go outing pressure on the defence of the Grenadians.

However, the defensive fortitude of the Grenadians could not hold up as Guyana scored the game’s first goal in the 18th minute with a Pernell Schultz.

Schultz would get free once again striking for his second goal in the 32nd minute, sending the sea of green and gold into an uproar as the first half ended.

Guyana in the second half missed a few easy chances drawing frustration jeers from the large crowd in attendance.

The game played out to a 2-0 end as the Guyanese are now drawing some momentum among their Caribbean counterparts.
