The nude body of a man was discovered early this morning at the Whim Foreshore, Corentyne, Berbice and up to this afternoon, his identity remains unknown.
According to police, the deceased is of East Indian descent and about 5’ 6” in height.
He is brown in complexion and appears to be in his mid-forties.
The body which was found around 09:00h today is presently at the Port Mourant Hospital Mortuary awaiting a Post Mortem (PM) examination to determine the man’s cause of death.
