The 3rd Convocation Ceremony of the Institute of Creative Arts was held at the National Cultural Center on Tuesday evening where over 60 persons graduated with Diplomas and Certificates.
The students came from the National School of Dance, The E.R Burrowes School of Art, The National School of Music and the National School of Theater Arts and Drama.
Minister within the Ministry of Education with responsibility for Culture, Youth and Sport, Nicolette Henry, delivered the feature address.
