He was remanded to prison and would return to court on September 8, 2016.

Earlier this month, Samuel McIntyre was also charged with the murder of David and was remanded to prison.

According to the prosecution’s case, on August 1, the deceased had an argument with one of the suspects over some G$100,000 that was owed to him.

The man left but later returned and told David that he was there to talk. However, after David approached the vehicle in which the defendant arrived, along with two other men, another argument ensued and he was shot twice to his body.

According to reports, after being shot, the man ran a short distance from the scene and collapsed.

The injured man was then picked up and rushed to the Georgetown Public Hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival.

The matter was reported and the individuals involved were said to be known by Police.

The third person involved in the crime is yet to be arrested by Police.

David was previously charged for murder but was acquitted.
